Scientists told how not to get fat during the holidays
Every person is afraid to gain extra pounds during the holidays, but the American experts were able to develop a method that does not allow getting fat.
Scientists gave the participants of the study only one installation: daily weighed. Such a regular control of its mass will not allow it to break out of the normal range.
Also, this method does not limit the ways in which you are accustomed to struggling with obesity: adjusting the regime or diet, restrictions in food, increased physical exertion, etc.
The experiment itself lasted for a year with a group of 111 people of different age categories – from 18 to 65 years. Scientists did not issue any instructions to the subjects, they controlled body weight on their own.
As we found out, daily weighing helped people stay in shape, and some even lose weight.
