Samsung has told about the creation of a new 64-megapixel sensor ISOCELL Bright GW1.

It is known that the novelty will be applied to the company's smartphones.

The new sensor uses pixels of 0.8 microns, which allows it to capture more light. The developers of the company are constantly working on the quality of their products. At the moment, the screens of Samsung smartphones are recognized as one of the best in the world.

The presented Bright GW1 sensor will generate 16 megapixel images by merging four pixels into one. Analysts have already appreciated the novelty. This is not surprising, because with the help of a new sensor, a smartphone will be able to provide the resulting images in full color range and resolution.

Representatives of the company have already announced that the novelty will receive mass distribution among smartphones in the second half of the year.
