Emergency services are transferred to emergency mode, classes in schools are canceled.
The hospitals also transferred to an enhanced regime of work due to an increase in the number of complaints of poor health.
In some areas, electricity outages have already begun: the networks do not withstand the load due to the constantly running fans and air conditioners.
Subway trains that reach the surface run at a reduced speed – from 80 to 60 kilometers per hour.
